Binary star systems are comprised of two solar systems orbiting around a common center of mass. The vast majority of stellar orbits in our galaxy are elliptical in form. An ellipse has two foci. If you overlap two elliptical orbits so that they share one common foci, that foci will represent the common center of mass of a binary star system.
Google: Binary Star. The first entry will be a Wikipedia article. Scroll down to see an animated representation of a binary star system.
Estimates of the number of binary star systems in our galaxy vary from thirty to as much as eighty percent. The Imbrium Codex, left to us by the Ularians, claims that Earth has a companion solar system and that we orbit around that system in approximately twenty four thousand years.
It is this celestial movement that causes our planet to experience a cycle of alternating dark and golden ages referred to in Hindu mysticism as the yugas.
The yugas represent the four stages in the development of the human intellect.
Swami Sri Yukteswar tells us that the four stages range from the pain and suffering of the dark ages which are said to have reached their lowest point in 499 CE to the enlightenment of the golden age which would have reached it’s most recent perigee in 11,501 BCE.
In the golden age even the common man understands the ancient truths regarding the nature of human existence. According to Sri Yukteswar’s calculations we are currently 1,510 years into a 12,000 year acceleration toward a common state of divine realization.

“As above so below as within as without.” It’s all so very clear when the obvious is pointed out and you have done a masterful job doing just that. Now that the foundation has been laid I am look forward to the continuation of the adventure.
I will return with questions.
I have been a reader for a long while, but this is my first time as a commenter. I just wanted to let you know that this has been / is my favorite entry of yours! Keep up the good work and I’ll keep on checking back. If you’d be interested in swapping blogroll links with me, my website is MonaVie Scam.
The astronomy community is looking into this concept. I suspect it won’t be too long before we have scientific confirmation of what the ancients knew, that our solar sytem is part of a binary star system.

I wanted to thank you for this excellent read!! I definitely enjoyed every little bit of it. I have bookmarked your site to check out the new stuff you post.
How long does the galactic alignment last for?
Due to lack of analytical knowledge, the priests are doing the rituals without knowing the meaning of the recited text. Both the priests and doer of the ritual are ignorant due to lack of the knowledge of Veda recited in the ritual.
Part of the divine plan is the expansion of human consciousness. That includes all of our investigations into the nature of our universe. While I am in favor of the exploration of space we may need to take care of a few things here at home first.

We all must take solace and comfort where we can find it. The original principles of Christianity have been somewhat muddled over the centuries. Some of those principles have been turned into “Churchianity.” Some of our churches are declaring doctrines that have been designed specifically to promote the activities of the church as divine truths. We must all learn to discriminate and to separate out the original principles of right living as taught by Jesus and the masters of all faiths.

Our rituals and our scriptures were conceived during the most recent dark ages. Fortunately, we have left the Kali Yuga behind and are now firmly on the orbital path of Dwapara Yuga. This is a time when we need to reform our concepts about where we have been and where we are going. In terms of popular cullture we have lost our relationship with the night sky and the celestial motions.
We no longer celebrate the soltices, the equinoxes, the rights of spring and the harvest. We have obliterated the night sky with the ambient lights of our cities. The stars are just a curiosity to those that can see them instead of a cosmic road map to higher awareness.
It is time to remake our rituals and rewrite our scriptures to reflect the new level of awareness that is dawning ever more rapidly on humanity as we streak toward galactic center and the intensity of the creative principle increases. So become your own high priest. You decide what is important to ritualize. Create new rituals for yourselves and your families. Then they will be vital and imbued with meaning.

Charmaine,
We are 1,511 years into a 12,000 year acceleration toward the light. The simplest way to express what that means is to say that the time between conception of a thought and the resulting manifestation is growing shorter. Another way to say this is that the quickening is at hand. Everything you emote will eventually manifest in one way or another. All of your thinking, feeling and action creates ripples in the creative principle that are played back to you as your life.
This divine curriculum has been designed to teach you that you have been made in the image of the creator and that you might as well get good at it. We are all creators in training. That is the point of our earthly existence and the planetary free will experiment. You may think of it as “cosmic school.” This semester has another 10,489 years to go during which we will all become fully aware not only of the divine plan but also the divine planner.

-”What does the Sun revolve around and what does that motion portend.”
1. Is it within the realm of possibility that our Sun actually revolves around another star? YES.
2. Is it within the realm of probability that our Sun revolves around another star? NO. Because the other star would have to be so gigantic that it would be the brightest star in the Universe, and visable to the naked eye.
I really like following your blog as the articles are so simple to read and follow. Excellent. Please keep up the good work. Thanks.
Thanks, Berniece
Ross,
Some of our leading astro-physicists are saying that as many as eighty percent of the stars in the milky way galaxy may be members of binary star systems. I’m not sure what lead you to the conclusion that such a companion star would have to be so large. Please feel free to elaborate.
It wasn’t until 1894 that Swami Sri Yukteswar corrected a mistake in the Hindu almanacs that had crept in around 700 BC and reawakened our awareness of the 24,000 year cycle, references to which have survived for untold milleniums in the lore of India.
Only 106 years have elapsed since The Holy Science was published. That represents only four tenths of one percent of the orbit. Our capability to catalog and digitally record the relative positions of most star systems has only existed for the last 20 years. Twenty years represents only a very small fraction of one percent of the overall orbit.
Since we developed the capability to begin to discuss this question the portion of the alleged orbit that our companion star would be on is where the star in question is moving more toward us than it would appear to be moving laterally. In relative time we’ve only been observing this possible phenomenon for a few minutes. It’s just possible that we simply haven’t identified it. It’s also very likely that we can see it but just don’t understand what we’re looking at. Remember Copernicus!
Let’s face it. When we look at the night sky we really don’t understand the overall significance of what we are seeing. Yet.

love the blog, thanks for sharing your thoughts
It’s amazing how little we know about our own solar system. With new discoveries made every day, it seems like a companion solar system is plausible.
One of the things I like to do in my spare time is read about stars and planets on wikipedia. Have you ever read about the dwarf planet Sedna. It has this incredibly long elliptical orbit of 12,000 years. An orbit that would seem impossible given the structure of our solar system. Some unknown gravitational influence has had a large impact on that planet.
Is it the theoretical dwarf star nemesis? Or evidence of a companion solar system? The possibilities are endless.
Hi Carrie,
I am aware of the object named Sedna. Since they removed Pluto as a planet it is doubtful Sedna will achieve planet status. However, we are making new discoveries every day. The acceleration in the rate at which we acquire knowledge is one of the main features of Dwapara Yuga. One could compare the emerging awareness of our solar system’s position in the Milky Way Galaxy to Copernicus’ awareness of the Earth’s position in our solar system right before he solidified his opinion.
It’s an exciting time to be considering the bigger picture.
Cheers,
WmO
